3. Subscription & Payments

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually unless canceled.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users.
• Download, redistribute, or publicly display content.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the service.
• Violate copyright or intellectual property laws.

5. Intellectual Property

All content (videos, logos, software) is owned by Movix or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to stream content for personal use only.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription anytime via your Account page.

7. Limitation of Liability

Movix Stream is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jakarta.
